We are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused BMS Account Manager to join our team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and playing a key role in driving business growth within the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) sector. As a BMS Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, respond to enquiries, and ensure a high-quality end-to-end service. Alongside account management, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, forecasting project pipelines, and producing detailed technical and commercial proposals.
