Night shifts available during the week for a experienced Care Worker You will be expected to work with the existing care team, providing a high level of care whilst encouraging independence. You will be assisting with all personal hygiene of the residents such as toileting, bathing and dressing. You may be asked to assist with some domestic duties, but this will be outlined by the home manager. Other duties may include the following: • Supporting a full range of nightly routines • Developing individuals’ life skills and personal interests • Assisting with healthy lifestyle choices • Helping with personal care needs • Manual handling • Supporting medication • Ensuring record keeping is always maintained to the required standard and contributing to service monitoring requirements If this sounds like a suitable role for you, please get in touch. As a night worker you will be working Monday to Friday all shifts will be starting at 20:00 and finishing at 08:00. This position pays £12.75 per hour You will accrue up to 28 days holiday pay starting from your first shift.
