Overview
The Financial Director will provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager and hotel team at a prestigious UK hotel and resort.
Responsibilities
* Manage month-end and year-end processes, produce accurate financial reports, and assist in the development of annual budgets.
* Drive cost-efficiency and profitability; manage relationships with auditors and financial partners; coordinate internal and external audits; ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws; oversee accounts payable and receivable; supervise payroll processing.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality finance, ideally within premium or midscale hotels.
* Strong understanding of food and beverage and operational performance metrics.
* Confident and collaborative in working with non-finance teams.
