This post is offered permanent, full‑time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. At St Catherines we offer work from home opportunities however this is adaptable depending on business need and regular onsite attendance is required.

Job Description
This role is based in the Data and Insight Team within the Income Generation & Marketing directorate. It supports the wider department by delivering insight, data expertise and training, as well as data selections, analysis, segmentation and data imports. This is a key role, ensuring the CRM database meets the needs of the department, covering user training, data management, process improvement and system improvement.
You will work closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams to evaluate the success of campaigns and supporter journeys, turning insight into action to help shape fundraising activity and maximise income.
Data And Insight Role Will Bring:
* Championing best practice in data usage
* Help embed data‑led decision making across the department
* Suggesting process improvements and efficiencies
* Experience working with a contacts database
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Person Specification
Essential
* At least 2 years experience of working with a contacts database (Raisers Edge or similar CRM)
* Ability to update and maintain a database
* Ability to report on income and expenditure
* Experience of producing marketing/fundraising campaign selections
* Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task, work on own initiative and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
Desirable
* Experience of using Raiser's Edge/NXT
* Experience of working with volunteers
* Experience of working in a Fundraising orientated environment
* GDPR compliance training or equivalent demonstrable experience
* Training or a qualification in Raiser's Edge/NXT
Qualifications
Essential
* Your career and education so far will mean that you are a confident and skilled communicator
* It would be great if you are educated to GCSE level C in English and Maths or equivalent
Desirable

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £33,903.48 to £38,382.44 a year, depending on experience. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full‑time. Location: St. Catherines Hospice, Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, West Sussex, RH11 9SL, United Kingdom.
