What’s the role?
You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping with tasks such as:
* Providing companionship and engage in conversation with the client
* Supporting with daily household tasks and activities
* Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
* Assist with meal preparation and cooking
* Running errands (shopping, prescriptions)
* Assisting with personal care (if required)
* Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medication (if required)
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings (if required)
What we need from you:
* A caring nature and good people skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage time well
* Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for confidentiality
* Physical stamina for household and personal care tasks
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Willingness to complete a DBS check
* Right to work in the UK
