A new opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a national, award winner property specialist firm. The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Leasehold and lease extensions
* High-value and complex property matters
\n
You'll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice.
About You:
\n
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE in residential property
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
