Registered Manager

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations and grow our Supported Living portfolio in the Merseyside area. Our portfolio supports people with a broad range of complex needs (MH/LD/ABI/ASD).

This manager will oversee 2,500 hours of weekly care, with a Deputy Manager to support for every 500 hours. With a Head Office based in Liverpool, you will divide your time between site visits and working from the Head Office.


Compensation

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum.

Bonus: 21% of your salary + mileage allowance.


Qualifications

* Experienced as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
* Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
* Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
* Demonstrates positive values
* Level 5 Qualified
* Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
* Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
