The Vacancy
We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in Hattersley, (SK14 3QU). This is a full-time role on-site, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing office reception
2. Answering the phone/door/taking deliveries
3. Booking/organising meeting rooms on request
4. Conducting office inductions
5. Ordering office stationery and supplies
6. Opening/sorting and franking post
7. Conducting various PPM tasks (water monitoring, fire alarm testing, office inspections, etc.)
8. Organising office repairs/maintenance works
9. Performing various other office-related tasks
Person Specification:
1. Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
2. Highly organized
3. Versatile with a can-do attitude
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
5. Ability to multi-task
