Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Middleweight–Senior Designer to join our team. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Bristol, ideal for someone with at least five years of experience in workplace design. You will lead the design process from concept through to delivery, creating inspiring, functional spaces that align with client needs and brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, project managers and contractors, managing multiple projects and ensuring design excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead creative design concepts, translating ideas into detailed drawings and presentations.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, presenting solutions and adapting designs based on feedback.
* Work closely with project managers, contractors and suppliers to ensure designs are executed to the highest standard.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising design quality.
* Stay up to date with workplace trends, sustainable design practices and emerging materials and technologies.
Requirements
* Minimum five years experience in workplace design.
* Strong design and creative skills, including concept development and detailed design documentation.
* Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is essential; AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is also highly desirable.
* Experience presenting ideas to clients and responding effectively to feedback.
* Understanding of construction processes, materials and detailing.
* Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
* Relevant design qualification in interior design, architecture or a related field.
