Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to inspire the next generation of learners? Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in Gillingham that is seeking a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
* Ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
* Creating an inclusive, positive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and a love for learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong communication skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in education (KS1 preferred but not essential).
* Safeguarding training (available via Teaching Personnel).
* Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to professional growth.
* Ability to provide two professional references.
* A valid DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through us.
