Key areas of responsibility: Scheduling & Diary Management - organising and confirming meetings and appointments, keeping track of targets, liaising with third parties as required. Customer Service & Client Management - answering queries and requests for information, logging and tracking of all activities on the CRM system. Operations & Administration - create update reports for team and clients, collate contract documents and invoices, support sales team activities as they arise. Support & Coordination - being the primary and pro-active point of contact for your team, colleagues and clients at any time, assisting and overcoming challenges to meet deadlines.Required Experience: Previous office Administration experience (2yrs + ideally).
