Pega Business Analyst
Hybrid role with visits to client site +/- 3 times per month

Work closely with business stakeholder and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.
Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
Proven experience working on large scale project as a Business Analyst
Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus)
Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases
Experience of working in Agile projects.
