We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated female support workers to join a friendly, long-standing care team supporting a gentleman with a brain injury in Heathfield, East Sussex. The Role: You’ll support “Jack,” a 52-year-old family man, at home and in the community. Jack sustained a traumatic brain injury and complex physical injuries 6 years ago. He’s a wheelchair user, Type 1 Diabetic, and requires structured, step-by-step support to live a full, independent life. He enjoys movies, gardening, gym, swimming, carpentry, and spending time with his family. Your role will include personal care, mobility support, rehabilitation assistance, community outings, and encouraging Jack’s independence and routine. Shifts Available: • Day Shifts: 7.45am – 8.00pm • Sleep-in Night Shifts: 7.45pm – 8.00am • Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday – we’ll work around your availability.
