Senior Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment & Systems – Worcester - £45,000-£50,000 Senior Sales Engineer required to join a rapidly expanding and pioneering test equipment engineering company based in Worcester. As the successful Senior Sales Engineer you will ideally have a proven track record of business development in capital equipment and systems. Industrial and automotive experience with an understanding of component, powertrain and EV testing would be highly advantageous. Overseas and UK travel will be required, therefore all successful applicants must have a valid UK license. The Package:£45,000.00-£50,000 per annum Company car or car allowance (£450 pm)Company pension – 4.5%Cycle to work schemeFree onsite parkingLife insurance- 2x annual salaryFlexitimeMonday to Friday 39 hours per weekPerformance bonus The Role:To develop & expand existing client base, establishing a value-added proposition to build long term client relationships..Duties:Your role will be to provide technical advice to both customers and your sales colleagues across the business which in turn should build strong internal and external relationships.Development of Technical Proposals and quotations to meet client requirements.Presentation and Communication skills are essential to success in this role.Represent the business at commercial trade shows.You will be involved in providing presentations on the business and demonstrating equipment to new prospective customers. Requirements:Qualifications HNC / HND / degree level in a engineering/technical discipline.Min 2/3 years’ experience in technical sales.Must have experience of capital equipment and systems.Technically-minded with a solution-driven work ethic.Must have a valid UK license.
