The Role
In this role you will be able to service your own client base if relevant, or will be fed work from the wider group. The client base is national and ranges from MNW/HNW, often also dealing with high end London Properties. The type of work the department services includes:-
* Freehold/leasehold
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New builds
* Sales and purchases
Once established, there are various paths that this firm can facilitate; you are able to focus on fee-earning, you are able to grow a team, you are able to develop and run a department.
