Interim ER Specialist, 6 months - Education Sector - Bradford - £205 per day (Umbrella)
This is a great opportunity for an ER Specialist or an HR Generalist with extensive ER experience to join a leading education organisation based in Bradford.
Working alongside the Head of HR Services and the broader HR team you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
Responsibilities and key requirements include:
* Managing complex employee relations cases in the Education or Public sector.
* Working with Trade Unions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Having a DBS or being on the update service.
