Role Overview
To deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment on the T Level in Management and Administration (Business Management pathway) and Level 2 Business programmes, ensuring outstanding student progress, achievement and progression.
Salary
£19,064 - £22,015 per annum (Actual) / £31,350 - £36,202 per annum (FTE) Plus 28.70% Employer Pension Contribution.
Hours
Part time working 22.2 hrs per week.
Responsibilities
The post holder will design and deliver an industry-relevant curriculum that integrates core knowledge, occupational specialism content, and employer-set projects, preparing students for skilled employment, apprenticeships, or higher education by blending rigorous classroom learning with practical, industry-focused application.
