* UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.
* Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
* Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
* Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications.
* A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 including control of the commercial, budget and finances.
* Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* An ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions.
* Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.
* A full UK driving licence
* APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
* Experience on Highway projects.
