TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of primary schools across Pembrokeshire, including both small community schools and larger settings. These schools are committed to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where pupils are encouraged to achieve their best.
We are looking for a HLTA to work on a part-time, temporary basis across a variety of primary settings. The successful HLTA will be responsible for supporting teachers, delivering pre-planned lessons, and working with pupils across different key stages, including those with ALN.
The successful HLTA will have:
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Experience delivering lessons and leading small groups
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility to work across different schools and key stages
• A proactive and positive approach
