Commercial Property Paralegal – Mansfield – £23,000–£28,000
The Firm A respected regional practice with a strong commercial client base and a reputation for delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice. The commercial property team acts for a wide range of clients including local businesses, investors and developers, offering exposure to high-quality transactional work within a supportive and approachable environment.
The Role • Assisting solicitors on a broad range of commercial property transactions • Drafting and reviewing leases, licences and ancillary documentation • Conducting title checks and preparing reports on title • Managing post-completion matters and Land Registry applications • Liaising directly with clients, agents and third parties • Supporting fee earners with file management and transaction progression • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards

You • Previous experience within a commercial property team or a strong academic background with relevant work experience • Organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiastic about developing technical knowledge in commercial property • Team player with a proactive approach
