* Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
* Experienced on financials such as wastage control, labour margins and overall p/l review.
* Always leading from the front with a passion for developing future management.
* You don’t have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
