Account Manager
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Success team, based in either our Stockton-on-Tees or Newcastle upon Tyne office.
This role is vital to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You will monitor client performance, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain strong, enduring relationships. Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem‑solving approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
Responsibilities
* Client Communication and Relationship Management – act as the primary contact, delivering clear, professional, timely communications and building a deep understanding of each client’s needs.
* Performance Monitoring – regularly analyse client performance data, identify trends, address issues, and implement improvements to ensure objectives are met.
* Sales Growth Opportunities – actively identify upsell opportunities, create and implement tailored growth strategies.
* Client Deliverables – conduct at least one call with each client per month; schedule a minimum annual face‑to‑face meeting; perform a comprehensive website review annually; provide a monthly value‑add item such as industry insights.
* Proactive Problem Solving – anticipate challenges, respond with innovative solutions to maintain satisfaction and success.
* Goal Alignment – conduct regular refresh meetings to ensure strategies remain aligned with client objectives.
* Operational Management – maintain visibility into client communications, follow up meetings with detailed notes and actionable items.
* Account Advocacy – oversee invoicing accuracy, resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Stakeholder Engagement – maintain regular communication with all client organisation levels and conduct quarterly updates with key stakeholders.
