Your role The Clinical Nurse Specialist is an integral member of the team, caring for a variety of patients. The post-holder will join our nursing team to provide expert care and support to our patients in the Outpatients and Chemotherapy departments. The Nurse will be responsible for planning, documenting, delivering and evaluating evidence-based nursing care for patients in a responsible and efficient way. T o independently manage own clinical caseload taking a holistic approach towards care management and delivery, solving complex care dilemmas with dynamic and innovative solutions and leading and developing the service in line with own specialist knowledge and expertise.
