About the Role
T7 is a 32‑bed Trauma and Orthopaedic Ward dedicated to caring for patients recovering from orthopaedic surgeries. The role is for an enthusiastic NMC‑registered Nursing Associate who will play a key part in our supportive respiratory nursing team and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Practice‑Based Educator to ensure that all training is current and aligned with the IPAAS standards.
* Demonstrate expert clinical practice and address any inconsistencies in care.
* Provide patient care to individuals recovering from orthopaedic surgeries in Ward T7.
* Work collaboratively with the ward manager, nurses, coordinators, doctors, therapists, and specialist nurses.
* Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and patients alike.
Qualifications & Requirements
* NMC‑registered Nursing Associate.
