This position is an exciting entry point into this field and you can expect the role to provide as follows: Receive training and exposure to a broad range of administrative and legal tasks that will enable the smooth and effective running of the Legal and Credit Control Department Assist with photocopying, scanning documents, amending documents, filing, archiving and file maintenance Work with a team of lawyers, paralegals and credit controllers, gradually building your knowledge, skills and behaviours that will allow you to coordinate all administrative tasks and assist in the functionality of the departments Attend meetings and note taking Assist with the Legal Intranet pages Be provided with and receive training on a wide range of processes and procedures, as well as software and systems Develop your skills in gathering information, carry out research, compliance with the business’ policies and procedures and dealing with general/legal enquiries The training you will be getting While on this apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Paralegal qualification The training will consist of external classroom training, as well as on-the-job training shadowing experienced team members By the end of your training programme, you’ll know how to confidently manage a database, process invoices, deal with telephone enquiries, and use an ERP system to maintain accurate records.
