As a Clinical Support Worker, you’ll be at the frontline of patient care—supporting individuals through their surgical journey and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at every stage.
Key Duties
* Assist Registered Nurses on Minster Ward with high-quality pre‑and post‑operative care.
* Support patients with personal care and monitor vital signs.
* Perform clinical tasks such as ECGs, phlebotomy and basic wound care.
* Create a clean, safe, and reassuring environment and respond with empathy and professionalism in routine and emotionally challenging situations.
* Build meaningful connections with patients as part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary team.
