You'll play a leading role in designing and delivering complex, tech-driven transformations - from grid modernisation and ESG initiatives to cloud, data, and AI-powered innovation. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, leadership, and industry change - ideal for someone ready to make a measurable impact across a critical sector.
What you'll be doing Lead large-scale technology transformations for top-tier Energy & Utilities clients.
Define and deliver end-to-end architecture strategies, aligning business goals with cutting-edge technologies.
Drive innovation through Cloud, Data, and AI, building sector-specific assets and accelerators.
Partner with global teams and hyperscalers to shape market demand and strengthen digital propositions.
Provide strategic guidance and governance across complex programmes, ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
Experience required 10-15+ years' experience in architecture leadership within Energy, Utilities, or adjacent sectors.
Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments.
Strong grasp of ESG transformation, cloud modernisation, M&A integration, and business model reinvention.
Deep familiarity with sector-specific vendor ecosystems and technology stacks.
Certified in recognised frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, or major cloud vendor accreditations (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
(Director-level applicants should bring additional experience in business development, vendor alliances, and cross-sector strategy.)
