TITLE: LEGAL SECRETARY JOB DUTIES; Greeting Clients and arranging appointments. Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments. Production of letters and Legal Documents using digital dictation with use of Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook.. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail enquiries, sending correspondence by Fax and E-mail. Photocopying and printing various documents. Filing, updating and maintaining filing systems and databases. Any other duties as may be required by the Employer. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Good communication and organizational skills. Excellent level of English Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Have good time keeping skills Previous experience in Conveyancing and Probate Preferred but not necessary. HOURS (36.25 per week) MONDAY FRIDAY 9.15 A.M. TO 5.30 P.M. WITH A BREAK OF 60 MINUTES FOR LUNCH TYPEWRITING /WORDPROCESSING IS ESSENTIAL AND KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
