About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Cherwell Locality Team based in Banbury. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a requirement that all service user visits are conducted face-to-face.
The Team works with individuals and families across North Oxfordshire, delivering high-quality social work practice and support within the community.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker
* Knowledge of the LAS data system
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
* Willingness and ability to travel across North Oxfordshire for face-to-face visits
