 
        Fleet Coordinator – Coventry Location: Coventry (office based) Rate: £14.55 per hour Hours: Full-time (flex start and finish) Contract: 6 months, with potential extension The Role As a Fleet Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day workshop operations and customer communications. Your responsibilities will include: Arranging workshop appointments and vehicle replacements for internal customers. Managing accounts and liaising with external suppliers to ensure top-quality service and delivery. Producing data and reports to monitor fleet performance and reduce downtime. Supporting KPI tracking and ordering PPE for team members. Handling email enquiries, workshop requests, and other administrative tasks. Building positive relationships with internal customers and suppliers, ensuring a consistent 5-star service. This role is based at Severn Trent's head office in Coventry, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to meetings or workshops across the region. About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous administrative experience (transport or fleet background is a plus, but not essential). Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Is confident communicating with people at all levels. Is well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
