Enrolment Specialist Join Our Growing Team in St Albans


Salary: £26,000 (rising to £28,000 from 1st March Bonus

Location: Onsite St Albans Office

Hours: Full-time, MondayFriday + 1 weekend in 3 (with TOIL)

Start: 12th January 2026

What Youll Be Doing


As an Enrolment Specialist, you will:

* Manage your own pipeline of prospective students through our Salesforce CRM
* Provide exceptional customer service across calls, emails and WhatsApp
* Guide students from first enquiry to successful enrolment
* Tailor solutions based on students goals, backgrounds & needs
* Work closely with Senior Specialists & the Enrolment Manager
* Meet and exceed enrolment targets by providing an outstanding experience
* Maintain detailed, accurate records of all student interactions
* Collaborate with your team to identify issues and improve processes
* Act as a positive ambassador for our university partners

Working Pattern (Please Read Before Applying)


This role is fully onsite in our St Albans office youll be surrounded by a friendly, upbeat, supportive team.


Training Period

* First 2 weeks: MondayFriday, 9:00am5:30pm (onsite)


From Training Until 1st March

* MondayFriday 9:00am5:30pm
* 1 weekend in every 3
* Any weekend worked = time off in lieu (TOIL) during the week


From 1st March

* Move to late shift pattern (details shared at interview)
* Still 1 weekend in 3, with TOIL
