Property Litigation Legal Director / Partner Leeds | Leading National Law Firm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation lawyer to join a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds as either a Legal Director or Partner. This is a genuine strategic hire within a well-established national team of more than 50 property litigation specialists, including a thriving Leeds team of 13 lawyers. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and commitment to developing and progressing its people. The role would suit: An existing Legal Director seeking a clear and realistic pathway to Partnership An established Partner looking for a fresh challenge within a supportive and ambitious platform A senior property disputes lawyer with strong market contacts and business development capability (a following is not required) The Work The team advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on complex and high-value property disputes, including: Landlord and tenant disputes Lease renewals and security of tenure matters Dilapidations claims Development and regeneration projects Telecommunications and Electronic Communications Code issues Property-related contractual disputes Strategic portfolio management and asset protection matters Recent instructions have included: Advising major public sector organisations on large-scale property portfolios Supporting multi-million-pound city centre regeneration projects Acting on complex disputes involving development land and strategic assets Advising on telecommunications infrastructure affecting redevelopment opportunities Managing significant dilapidations and lease renewal disputes Providing strategic property litigation support to national organisations with extensive real estate holdings Why Consider This Opportunity?
