Role background
In July 2025, Glow launched their new brand identity via a new website and across all marketing touchpoints. V1 of the Glow protocol was highly successful and over $23m of solar has been installed utilising Glow. In September 2025 Glow is rolling out V2 of the protocol which brings greater flexibility for different regions to programme their own solar-backed initiatives on Glow. To help turbo-charge Glow's growth plans, Glow will be appearing on Heroes of the Environment which is being aired on CNBC across the USA.
This role will work closely with the founder (who scaled his last protocol to a $4bn valuation), and a strategically focused content team with 35+ combined years of award-winning experience working for and advising companies like Nike, Adidas, Unilever & Virgin and launching blockchains Sia, Flare Network &
Vision for the role
* To craft, support and accelerate Glow's global & regional growth ambitions. You will be one crafting content narratives and executing on the strategy you have helped to craft.
* You will be building one of the world's most advanced Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePINs) which has already made industry defining progress.
* Glow's team is full of change the world candour but also highly experienced protocol development, decentralised energy and blockchain launches. You'll join a no-fluff, high-performance team that prizes substance over noise

Key responsibilities
* You will be the fulcrum of the content team, collaborating closely with Founder, CTO, CMO and Design Director to bring Glow's vision and product roadmap to life across all marketing touch points.
* Listen and respond to the community.
* Deep research into decentralised energy, DePIN and DeFi.
* Strategically construct content strategy to fuel Glow's growth flywheel.
* Write and optimise content with best practice formats on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, as well as blogs.
* Roll out Glow's new brand identity across digital, film, print, and socials.
* React fast to market moments, while building long-term brand value.
Qualifications, experience and skillset
* Bachelor's + Masters degree is preferred
* 5+ years experience in a similar role including a few years in deep tech blockchain marketing
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
* Active participation in crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Telegram) and familiarity with crypto culture.
* Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about Decentralised Energy, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and community building.
* Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g.,Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics).
* Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization (e.g. X.com Ads).
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Location of this role: It is a remote full time salaried role and the successful candidate can be based in London's timezone all the way through to San Francisco's time zone.
* There are quarterly offsites once a quarter in San Francisco. Dates are confirmed one month in advance.
