Job Description
Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 (£1,750 on arrival and £1,750 on successful completion of probation). There’s also potential for an increased skills payment of up to £19,113 after a successful skills assessment.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll develop solutions for mission-critical problems, contribute to system architecture and design, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality software. Your expertise in software engineering methodologies and languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET will be vital. You’ll also mentor peers, lead projects, and collaborate across teams to innovate and improve our systems.
About You
You have experience with modern languages and frameworks, including C++, Golang, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Node, Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You’ve led Agile teams, evaluated business needs, and communicate technical concepts clearly. We welcome professionals from related fields like security, UX, data engineering, or machine learning operations.
