Phoenix Medical Supplies is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team and make a significant impact across our UK-wide network of Rowlands pharmacies and Numark Member pharmacies.
The Role
As our Nationwide Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective product placement and presentation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Implementing planograms across our pharmacy network
* Ensuring consistent brand representation and product visibility
* Optimising store layouts to maximise sales potential
* Collaborating with store managers and staff to maintain merchandising standards
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a motivated individual with:
* Solid knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices
* Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a pharmacy setting (though general retail experience is also valuable)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to travel nationwide and work independently
