CX Service Scrum Master
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Energy & Utilities Domain Expertise: 8-10 years of experience, with a strong understanding of business processes and challenges specific to the sector.
* Oracle CX Implementations: Proven track record of leading and managing Oracle CX projects, including enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Agile Leadership:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) with extensive, hands-on Agile experience.
* Demonstrated success as a Scrum Master on large-scale utilities projects.
* Strong knowledge of Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and metrics tracking.
* Release Management: Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing release activities across multiple teams.
* Client & Vendor Management: Exceptional stakeholder communication, negotiation, and vendor oversight capabilities.
* Azure DevOps: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional Scrum teams delivering Oracle CX solutions for energy and utilities clients.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure smooth project execution.
* Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization.
* Manage release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve dependencies and remove blockers.
* Provide metrics, reports, and insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
