Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

This role requires strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for team management.

Duties

* Manage daily office activities and ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
* Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
* Utilise Sage 200 for financial record keeping and invoicing.
* Implement organisational systems to improve workflow and efficiency within the office.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Experience in supervising or managing a small team
* A keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
