Job Title: Experience Manager - Product Team
Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Experience Manager to join a global tech client's Product Team on a 12-month contract, with a salary of up to £61k per annum, pro rata (PAYE).
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping impactful and locally relevant customer experiences on a company website, aligning with strategic objectives, and leveraging data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the global product vision, prioritizing local variations for optimized experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product releases and enhancements.
About You: We're looking for a passionate individual with expertise in web and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experience design, digital marketing, SEO, and/or website product management. You should be adept at interpreting data and customer behaviours into actionable insights, with exceptional communication skills to articulate recommendations effectively. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with international teams is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the evolution of our client website as a key platform for consumer and enterprise solutions.
* Utilize data, customer insights, and industry standards to identify opportunities for innovative capabilities and user experiences.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to conduct various research types, including user testing, A/B testing, and analytics deep dives.
* Develop business cases to justify proposed initiatives and communicate product vision to internal stakeholders.
* Define requirements, collaborate with experienced designers on customer journeys and UX flows, and transform requirements into feature specs and user stories.
* Set priorities, drive backlog of features, and assess new market opportunities for audience growth.
* Participate in global planning sessions and address ambiguity in the product backlog.
* Evaluate and report on the results of initiatives against expected impact, presenting findings to executives and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or content strategy roles, with at least 1 year of web product management experience.
* Proficiency in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs, and user stories.
* Ability to manage issue resolution, mitigate risks, and define roadmaps using agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills to test hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills to influence executive-level leaders and gain support for product priorities.
* Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
* Fluency in English, with the position based in London and occasional travel required (10%).
