We are looking for proactive Section Managers with a passion for working collaboratively, driving team performance and who have a commitment to continuous improvement!Due to continued growth within our Prepared foods division, we are looking for 2 Section Managers to join our busy RTC department and 2 Section Managers in our Intake department.
Both roles are important in the smooth running of the operation, and both come with different job requirements and responsibilities.Shift pattern : Week 1 Wednesday and Thursday. Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & SundayHours : 6am to FinishSalary: Intake Section Manager £35,000 per annum. RTC Section Manager per annum £39,800What you will be doing?Manage all processes in your area to meet targets set by the business and to meet BRC, TFS, SMETA and other audit criteria.Oversee and lead all production in your areaLabour planning and cost control (including agency workers)Manage the team in your working area (size of team depends on area)Drive profitability of production operationUnderstand and implement allergen awareness and controls (RTC only)Continuous ImprovementManage customer service levels to agreed targetsWhat we want from you?Previous experience in food manufacturingProven ability to lead teams and get resultsGreat understand of technical requirementsIOSH certifiedFood safety level 3The companyFrom our sites in Lincoln, Scotland and the Southwest, we supply some of the largest retail, wholesale and food manufacturing customers in the UK.Our expertise goes much further than just supply and demand.
