Salary: Up to £47,000 + Bonus (£60k+ OTE)

As the brand continues to evolve and expand its retail presence, we’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Concession Manager to lead one of its flagship London boutiques.

The Role
As Concession Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of store performance — leading, motivating, and developing your team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring operational excellence and cultivating a sophisticated store environment that embodies the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Performance
* Drive and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and personal sales impact.
* Implement strong clienteling strategies to enhance revenue and build lasting relationships.
* Analyse commercial data and competitor activity to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
* Manage budgets, address underperformance, and deliver commercial solutions.
* Optimise scheduling and resource planning to maximise profitability.
Client Experience & CRM
* Deliver a seamless, high-touch luxury experience across every client interaction.
* Leverage CRM insights to tailor recommendations, anticipate client needs, and deepen engagement.
* Lead initiatives such as personalised outreach, VIP events, and re-engagement campaigns to drive loyalty.
* Coach the team to use data-driven insights to enhance service and identify key commercial moments.
* Champion brand and product knowledge, acting as a point of escalation for client concerns.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
* Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Proactively address challenges and maintain a positive, high-performing environment.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to support team growth and development.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure the highest visual and operational standards across the store in line with brand guidelines.
* Oversee stock management, minimising loss and supporting accurate stocktake processes.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
* Maintain excellent store organisation, administration, and operational performance.

* Proven experience managing a premium or luxury retail store, with a strong commercial track record.
* Confident leader with excellent coaching skills and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
* Expert in clienteling, CRM, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
