* Please note that these will be ad-hoc shifts to support the home with staff sickness and annual leave cover- we are unable to guarantee shifts every week

As a Bank Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
* Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
* Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
* Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home
* Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.

* Previous experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
* A compassionate, professional approach to supporting older adults, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care
