Senior MEP Revit Technician Bristol | Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH) £40,000 - £48,000 Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior MEP Revit Technician to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy delivering technically challenging projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to work on a genuinely varied project portfolio across defence, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and large-scale mixed-use developments, with a particularly strong presence in high-profile MoD and secure environment projects. You will play a key role within an established Building Services team, supporting the delivery of complex schemes from early-stage design through to construction. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding projects and offers long-term progression, flexible working and exposure to major national developments. Due to the nature of several live projects, candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance. The Role Produce and coordinate detailed Revit MEP models and technical drawings Model mechanical, electrical and public health systems including HVAC, containment, pipework and plant layouts Work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated and buildable designs Coordinate models with other disciplines and resolve clashes using BIM processes and software Support BIM standards, workflows and quality assurance procedures Attend coordination meetings and support project delivery across multiple sectors Mentor and support junior technicians within the team Assist with the continuous improvement of BIM and Revit standards Projects You will gain exposure to a diverse range of technically challenging schemes including: Major MoD and secure environment projects Commercial office developments Healthcare and laboratory facilities Education campuses Large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects Mixed-use and residential developments Requirements Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician within a Building Services environment Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services within BIM environments Good understanding of building services systems and construction methodologies Experience working across multidisciplinary projects Familiarity with BIM Level 2 processes and collaborative workflows Strong communication and coordination skills Eligibility for SC Clearance is essential Desirable Experience using Navisworks or similar coordination software Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards Previous experience working on defence or secure projects Package £40,000 - £48,000 salary Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH) Excellent long-term progression opportunities Exposure to major national projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and development Competitive benefits package If you're interested in hearing more, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
