Deputy Nursery Manager role at Kingspan Insulation, LLC (Technical Insulation) - Simply Education is proud to be working with a well-established nursery located on the outskirts of Boston, currently seeking a confident and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled early years professional to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day running of a high-quality early years setting.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years or Childcare
* Strong experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or deputy role
* Confident leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
* A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities Include
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
* Leading staff, supporting their development and well-being
* Maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
