We have an excellent opportunity for a CAD Technician to join our client’s highly experienced team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

About the role
As a CAD Technician your responsibilities will include:
* Producing Fire Sprinkler System Installation drawings.
* General office and admin duties
* Liaising with clients and staff to ensure drawing information is correct.
* Working towards undertaking site survey’s and attending site / client meetings
About the person
The ideal candidate for the position of CAD Technician must be / have:
* A self-motivated individual with ability to work under own initiative or as part of a small team.
* Working knowledge of using AutoCad 2D software
* Workplace experience in Building or Mechanical Services (preferable)
* Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible working approach
* Full clean driving licence
Salary and rewards
As a CAD Technician you will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. You will also receive:
