About the Role:
Due to new contracts wins, we are currently seeking a skilled and reliableMulti-Traderto join our reactive maintenance team, working across social housing properties throughout London. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely, and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend reactive maintenance jobs across various social housing properties.
Diagnose and carry out repairs across multiple trades, including:
Plumbing
Drainage
Groundworks
Locksmith
Glazing
Plastering
Decorating
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar role within reactive maintenance or social housing.
Competent in a variety of trades (as listed above).
Must be able to use a PDA for job management and reporting.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Ability to pass an enhancedDBS check(required for working in social housing environments).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
