As Chef de Partie you will: Become a key part of our dynamic kitchen team, serving up a seasonally changing a la carte menu and daily lunch specials. Enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment, working straight shifts of 45 hours per week. Preferred Requirements: Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. A passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating visually stunning, flavourful dishes. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic team. A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in the culinary arts. Experience working in a high-quality, fresh food-led restaurant or hotel. A proven track record of success in a similar Chef de Partie or Commis Chef role. The Package: This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary with on target earnings of £35,700 - £40,600 including tips and service.
