A growing prime residential consultancy based in Fulham are looking to expand their project management team by bringing in a highly professional and motivated MRICS Senior Project Manager who offers proven experience of delivering the full lifecycle of schemes in the prime residential sector. The Company that the MRICS Senior Project Manager will join: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a director led project and cost practise that are known for delivering exceptional schemes within the high-end residential sector. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be a confident and client facing individual who has the experience of running multiple programmes of works, including new builds, refurbishments and alterations of existing sites with contract values as high as £250m. The MRICS Senior Project Manager role: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, whilst providing support to junior members of the project management division. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy that includes a team of 50 consultants which are the Project Director, Associate Directors, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior / Commercial Managers.
