What you’ll do
6. Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services
7. Be the safeguarding lead and ensure safe, supportive environments
8. Manage contracts, budgets and KPIs to meet commissioner expectations
9. Coach and develop your team to be their best every day
10. Support your Operations Manager to meet regulatory standards

You have
11. Experience managing people or services in housing, care or support
12. Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence to lead in this area
13. Great people skills to coach, challenge and inspire your team
14. A passion for helping customers achieve their goals
15. A vehicle insured for business use

The practical bits
16. On call shift payment of £14.30 per session.
17. You’ll work Monday to Friday. A flexible pattern can be discussed at interview.
18. We work between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00.
19. You’ll work from our Sunderland service, which is easily accessed by public transport.
20. On the job mileage? We’ve got you covered.
21. You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
