Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join their team. Centrally located, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service within a fast pace environment.
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll be the backbone of their Global Sales function, ensuring that their customers receive the best service possible. This is an excellnet opportunity for graduates starting their career as well as professionals with some experience in administration, customer service or commercial support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Order Management: Process and manage sales orders for both new and existing customers.
Customer Communication: Monitor order lifecycles and provide timely updates to customers.
Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and data management for customer inquiries.
Logistics Coordination: Support inventory management and logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in, including Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics.
CRM Maintenance: Keep CRM records up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy, using sage
Customer Support: Assist with handling customer requests, quality complaints, and service issues.
What they are looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
1. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM
2. Communication Skills: Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
4. Attention to Detail: A customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Desirable (but not essential):
5. Experienced in logistics
6. Experience in fast-paced admin or customer service roles.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems like SAGE.
8. Direct customer interaction experience.
