Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in B2C sales or telemarketing, with experience using CRM software such as Salesforce being highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments within the CRM system.
* Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and maximise appointment opportunities.
* Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
* Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance the appointment generation process.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2C sales or telemarketing is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
